2020 Mazer Cup Results!

The 2020 Mazer Cup was a huge success! We are honored and proud to announce that Superstition took home 6 medals making us the most awarded meadery this year.
Overall, the competition ended in a 3 way tie between us and our friends at Lost Cause Meadery and Dziki Miod! Congratulations to everyone who participated in this year’s competition!

Bauta
One of our Guild-Exclusive releases, Bauta took home the Gold in the Semi-Sweet Melomel Category! This masquerade inspired mead was made with Boysenberries and Black Currants.
Barrel Aged Honey Stacks
Made with AZ Honey, Blueberries, Cacao Nibs & Maple Syrup, this decadent beverage aged in Dark Sky Brewing Company Maple Stout Barrels and won Gold in the Semi-Sweet Speciality Mead category.
Electric Sunrise
This session mead is our first canned product to win a medal at the Mazer Cup, taking home a Silver medal! This Pyment is made with Sangiovese Grapes and Wildflower Honey.
Meringuegulous
A collaboration with our friends at Mumford Brewing Company in Los Angeles, this Semi-Sweet Dessert mead is our most wild flavor combination to date and was awarded the Bronze! Inspired by Lemon Meringue Pie, this mead was made with Lemons, Coconuts, Vanilla, and Wildflower Honey then aged in brandy barrels for 6 months.
Altamira
This Dry Melomel made with Raspberries, Blackberries and Oranges was awarded a Bronze medal this year!
Scotch Barrel Aged Aphrodisia
This luscious blend of Cabernet & Syrah Grapes and AZ Wildflower Honey that aged in Scotch barrels for 10 months was awarded a Bronze at this years competition!
