Narcisse is a strawberry, coconut, banana, and vanilla mead, aged in rum barrels, that we created in collaboration withย Beer Zombies! Inspired by the shamelessly delicious daiquiris of New Orleans!
Autumnus
15.5% ABV / 500 mL / $28
Autumnus is our next Contingency Series release! This is a wine-lovers mead which brings together the finest elements of Arizona apple cider and wildflower honey with California pinot grigio wine grapes. This mead was aged in a chardonnay barrel for two and a half years, and is umami in the mid palate with a bright finish.
Jade Dragon Plum Mountain
